The MedSpa Summit was created to elevate the standard of leadership in aesthetics, bringing together a small, thoughtfully selected community of decision makers who value integrity, excellence, and long-term vision.
This is for leaders who prefer substance over noise: real-world insight, thoughtful perspective, and relationships built on shared standards, not salesmanship.
A Note From the Founder
Over the years, I’ve attended many industry events, and while they were valuable, I often left wanting more.
More conversation around leadership. More dialogue about the realities of running and growing a practice. More connection with other decision-makers who understand the weight and responsibility of building something meaningful.
As a Founder and Practice Director, I was constantly searching for a room that focused on the business side of what we do, not just the clinical side. When I couldn’t find that space, I decided to create it.
The MedSpa Summit was built for owners and executive leaders who are hungry to grow- thoughtfully, strategically, and with intention. I’m truly looking forward to welcoming you to Philadelphia.
— Bonnie Benedetto

Tom Brady
Aesthetic Technology Entrepreneur & Industry Veteran
The Business of Buying Technology: What Owners Need to Know Before They Invest
Tom Brady has spent more than three decades at the intersection of aesthetic technology and practice profitability. An early pioneer of the laser rental model, Tom built a successful business bringing advanced laser technology directly into plastic surgery practices—giving him a rare understanding of both the clinical and financial realities behind capital equipment.
Over the years, his work expanded from operating technology to understanding how it is manufactured, priced, financed, and ultimately made profitable inside a practice. Today, Tom works closely with manufacturers and aesthetic practices to identify technologies that deliver strong clinical value without unnecessary cost, consumables, or overhead.
Known for spotting industry shifts early and cutting through the noise around the newest device or trend, Tom brings an owner-first perspective to one of the biggest financial decisions a med spa can make.
